This Women's Leadership Project seeks to educate, inspire and empower women to be leaders of tomorrow.

Objectives:

To provide the knowledge and skills necessary for participants to overcome the barriers faced by women who desire to advance in leadership.

To build on and promote the talents and traits that women naturally possess that benefit the leadership process.

To promote gender equality at Fort Hays State University and beyond.
